Starting December 12th 2023, the Conservation Efforts Database was required to switch over to Department of Interior Multiple Factor Authentication (MFA) login requirements. What does this mean for you?
Your CED username will be replaced with your work email. Your profile and all records will be converted over automatically. No information will be deleted or lost.
For Department of Interior (DOI) users, you will now be able to login to the CED using your PIV card and PIN either connected to the DOI network (automatic connection) or on a personal network connection (PIV card and PIN required)
For non-DOI users, you will need to sign up for a Login.gov account using your work email that you have registered with the CED. Follow the directions in login.gov to enable MFA (cell phone code or Authenticator app code).
If your account does not automatically sync with your current CED account or you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out to the CED team.
The Conservation Efforts Database wants to welcome the Sagebrush Trends tool to the CED. To visit and explore this new tool please click here.
While we have done everything we can to test the CED to ensure proper functionality, bugs can occur. Please report any bugs to the CED team. Thank you for your patience.
CED Users, The CED is currently in version 4.0. The site has undergone some re-organization and updating to improve the user experience. There may be bugs and other visual errors that we have missed during our upgrade. We need your help to make the site better! Please contact us at conservationefforts@fws.gov if you encounter an issue or bug and the CED Team will respond.
